Miam, miam!

Yesterday, m-c went to the butcher to pick up the carré d'agneau Tom wanted, and she came back with Sicilian veal tartare (in addition to the carré d'agneau). Tim-the-butcher had recommended to eat it raw with a simple salad, but Tom had other ideas that involved fresh zucchini from the potager.

Miam miam indeed.

Six years of friends and family!

Some people are inexplicably missing from this viedo... Our very first American guests Katy and Matt? No photos. Josh? Nothing. Ron and Cindy? Almost nothing, although Ron makes a brief appearance checking out a combine. Marc, Chantal and her brothers...Isabelle and Tony...Please send photos if you have them, and we'll up-date.
