The assemblage: a history

First, there was the Traditional Assemblage, much beloved by all of the Emge family.

Then, there was the Canicule Assemblage, designed to avoid cooking during a heat wave. Requires advance preparation.

And then came the Ploughman's Assemblage, son of a particularly delicious roast.
