Chop chop.

Tom's current favorite cookbook is Yotam Ottolenghi's Jerusalem and he constantly complains that the recipes require a ridiculous amount of chopping. This time, the culprit is from another favorite cookbook: Aud's recipe's, Aud = Memaw = Gran. But obviously, there will be some Ottolenghi's preparation in the not too distant future.
