Miam, miam!

Yesterday, m-c went to the butcher to pick up the carré d'agneau Tom wanted, and she came back with Sicilian veal tartare (in addition to the carré d'agneau). Tim-the-butcher had recommended to eat it raw with a simple salad, but Tom had other ideas that involved fresh zucchini from the potager.

Miam miam indeed.
